Statement from Butlin’s

Following on from the latest Government announcements, we’re now working through what the proposed plans mean for Butlin’s. We’re hopeful that we can open again in the not too distant future but in the meantime, we’re extending the closure of our resorts until the 2nd July 2020.

If your break has been affected, there are several options open to you. Details can be found here. We’re working through in date order so please don’t worry if your break is coming up soon or your arrival date passes and you haven’t heard from us – all of your options remain open to you and we will respond to everyone.

Our team are working from home so it may take a little longer to get back to you than we would like, but we have been able to help the majority of guests affected to date, either to find a new break in the future or process a refund.

We know this is a worrying time for our guests who fall outside of our cancellation period, which is why we’ve launched a new Guarantee for all guests who have an existing booking with us. The Coronavirus Book with Confidence Guarantee gives you the option to move your break, or cancel and request a full refund. We just ask you wait until at least 28 days prior to your arrival date before getting in touch with us as we prioritise those guests who have had their breaks cancelled.

Warner Leisure Hotels

We recognise the situation of COVID-19 (Coronavirus) is unsettling and we want to reassure you we are closely monitoring the situation and following Government guidance.

On 10 May, the UK Government issued new guidance on how we can all help control the virus if we all stay alert. This means staying at home as much as possible; limiting contact with other people; and keeping your distance if you go out (2 metres apart where possible).

In response to this most recent Government guidance, we have made the decision to postpone all breaks at all Warner hotels up to 2 July 2020. Guests booked on these breaks should not travel to Warner.

We are offering several options to rebook and cancel breaks. Full information on how to do this can be found here.

All breaks from 3 July 2020 are currently going ahead as planned, but we will continue to review the situation and Government guidance and post the latest information on our website and Facebook page.
