Belfast’s food and drink sector will come together this month for Belfast Flavours Live, an event focused on celebrating local produce, sustainability and the future growth of the city’s culinary scene.
The event will bring chefs, producers, hospitality and tourism leaders, alongside policymakers, together for a day of discussion, collaboration and inspiration.
It will be part of Belfast City Council’s Food Tourism Development Programme, and is supported by DAERA through the Northern Ireland Regional Food Programme, the showcase aligns with the aims of the Northern Ireland Food Strategy Framework.
The event will be hosted by broadcaster Pamela Ballantine and will include panel discussions, industry interviews and live cooking demonstrations, highlighting the talent, creativity and local flavours shaping Belfast’s food identity. Attendees will also have the opportunity to connect with support and funding organisations working across the sector.
