Airline to Crack down on Alcohol Consumption as Business Class Traveller Urinates on Fellow Passenger
Air India is revising its alcohol sales after an unforeseen incident happened onboard.
On a flight from New York to Delhi, it has been reported that a business class passenger urinated on a fellow passenger after consuming alcohol.
In a statement on Twitter, CEO Campbell Wilson said the airline was deeply concerned about the in-flight instances and the airline is reviewing its policy of serving alcohol in flight.
He has also insisted that all airline staff must report instances of improper behaviour, even if the matter appears to be resolved.
