Aer Lingus Resumes Dublin To LAX Service

Aer Lingus is set to restart direct flights from their base in Dublin (DUB) to Los Angeles (LAX) from today (12 May)

Aer Lingus is set to restart direct flights from their base in Dublin (DUB) to Los Angeles (LAX), today (Thursday 12 May 2022), for the first time since March 2020.

Los Angeles is the latest transatlantic route from Aer Lingus to resume, with daily flights to the US West Coast. The reinstatement of the DUB to LAX route will further supplement the airline’s US flight schedule.

Operating as a daily service, customers can enjoy great value fares to Los Angeles when flying from Dublin.

By connecting to North America with Aer Lingus via its Dublin hub, travellers can experience the benefit of US Immigration Pre-clearance before they depart, which allows them to arrive into the US like a domestic passenger, avoiding any lengthy immigration queues.

The LAX route is part of Aer Lingus’ ambitious transatlantic network restart plans, as it continues to bring back a range of North American services, with Seattle and Miami to re-start later this year.

Customers can fly to LAX from the below airports, via Dublin

  • Heathrow
  • Gatwick
  • Birmingham
  • Bristol
  • Manchester
  • Leeds, Bradford
  • Glasgow
  • Edinburgh

Customers can fly on 12 transatlantic routes via Dublin, including New York JFK, Newark, Miami, Chicago, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Orlando, Washington D.C., Seattle, Toronto, and Philadelphia, and to New York, JFK and Boston via Shannon.
