Aer Lingus is offering an early Christmas present for all the airline’s voucher customers by boosting their voucher value by 10%.
The festive enhancement will be for a limited time period and is a gift from Aer Lingus to help customers get more for their money to inspire thoughts of travel in 2021.
Aer Lingus said it is “excited that the extra 10% of Christmas sparkle added to the value of each gift voucher purchased will help re-connect families and friends in 2021”.
A recent Aer Lingus survey revealed that 56% of customers consider connecting with family and friends was as a key consideration in booking international travel next year.
Gift vouchers can be purchased online and used against flights or towards the cost of flights on aerlingus.com, with vouchers sent straight to the recipient’s email address allowing them to get straight down to booking.
The vouchers can be bought and redeemed against bookings made in the currency of issue and be sent any time within the next five years.
When purchasing a gift voucher, it is important customers buy the voucher in the currency of the recipient’s country, for example a gift for a family member living in New York needs to be purchased in US dollars.
