Northern Ireland’s Leading Hotel, Titanic Hotel Belfast, is now officially ‘China Ready’, having completed the prestigious ‘China Tourist Welcome’ training and accreditation programme.
Certified by CORTI (China Outbound Tourism Research Institute), the team at Titanic Hotel Belfast has undergone specialist training on this bespoke programme which is designed to attract and appropriately ‘welcome’ Chinese visitors.
Aimed at enabling organisations to position themselves at the forefront of the biggest global outbound tourism source market, the training has equipped Titanic Hotel Belfast staff with the knowledge and skills to understand market segments, tailor services, and appreciate why five million Chinese people travel to Europe annually.

The ‘China Tourist Welcome’ accreditation involves four modules and a test for each participant. Titanic Hotel Belfast has been awarded the ‘Chinese Tourist Welcome Host’ certificate, accredited by COTRI, World Travel and Tourism Council (WTTC), and the Centre for Competitiveness (Ireland).
