Local Award Winning Tour Operator are hiring for three roles

Travel Solutions is Northern Ireland’s leading tour operator. Based in East Belfast, the company employs over thirty travel professionals across different departments. We have the following positions to fill:

COMMERCIAL MANAGER
A naturally enthusiastic and committed person, reporting to the company Directors and managing a team of four. The role focuses on ensuring our brand and product is communicated across a range of distribution channels spanning both B2B and B2C. Involvement throughout the companies activity, thrive in a busy environment , getting your head down when required, but also not afraid to challenge ideas and bring new ones to the table. You will be well organised and able to juggle multiple task where priorities can change at the drop of a hat.

COMMERCIAL ASSISTANT
To support the Commercial Manager and colleagues within the Commercial team on ensuring our brand and product is communicated quickly and professionally. Involvement across all aspects of the company’s operation to ensure opportunities are identified. Knowledge of on-line marketing activity (from conception to reporting) would be an advantage.

FINANCE ASSISTANT
To support the Finance Manager in ensuring the company’s financial requirements are met. Daily sales and purchase ledger management, banking records  (including posting and reconciliation in multi-currency) and creating spreadsheets will be required. You will be well organised, accurate in your work and have a knowledge of accountancy practise.

These positions are full time (Monday to Friday), but may require time outside of normal office hours to meet deadlines. Contract details and salary will only be discussed with those invited for interview.
