Local leading Independent Travel Agency are looking for Travel Consultants

Local Crumlin based Agency, one of NI’s longest standing Independent Travel Agents established in 1987, are looking for full & part time, senior & junior Travel Consultants to expand their team.

  • Sales minded attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Good team player, willingness to jump in and help colleagues when necessary
  • Flexible can-do attitude where the customer always comes first

These roles are multi-functional positions that require knowledge and experience of all aspects of the travel business ensuring the chosen candidates can meet the needs of all existing and potential clients.

  • Utilizing experience, knowledge and up to date information to provide support and recommendations for clients looking to book holiday destinations
  • Planning, coordinating & booking of all travel requests i.e. flights, ferries, cruises, package holidays etc. through various operator platforms
  • Recording and processing all transactions using the back-office system.
  • Pro-actively seeking optimized revenue opportunities
  • General office house-keeping duties
