This is an exciting opportunity to join Travelmax.co.uk, the UK’s & Ireland’s No.1 Travel Agency and Northern Ireland’s Top Travel Agency, as they continue to grow the team and business.
The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and booking exceptional holidays for Travelmax’s clients, from luxury tailor-made escapes and cruises to family holidays, city breaks, long-haul adventures and everything in between.
You’ll be joining a passionate, ambitious and energetic team where exceptional customer service, expert travel knowledge and creating unforgettable experiences are at the heart of everything they do.
Requirements / Experience:
- Minimum 3 years previous experience working within the travel industry is essential, working within a travel agency or tour operator environment.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Confident in arranging a wide range of holiday types, including luxury tailor-made travel, cruises, family holidays, long-haul holidays and city breaks
- Strong destination and product knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients and understand their individual travel needs
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
- A genuine passion for travel
- Enthusiastic, motivated and committed to delivering an exceptional level of service
- A positive team player with a vibrant personality and a willingness to contribute to Travelmax’s high-energy working environment
