VirtualTraveller Brings the World to People During Quarantine

With VirtualTraveller anyone can travel anywhere in the blink of an eye...

People around the world are stuck at home, itching with wanderlust and longing for an adventure, but have nowhere to go. With VirtualTraveller anyone can travel anywhere in the blink of an eye.

VirtualTraveller was originally designed for people with disabilities and a longing for experiencing the world. With the 360° traveling videos, everyone can quench their thirst for travel virtually from home.

During the extraordinary circumstances of Covid-19, our service now gives hope to all quarantined and those yearning for experiences beyond the walls of their homes.

“We at VirtualTraveller believe that lack of physical capabilities, money or time shouldn’t be a roadblock for exploring the world. And now suddenly none of us are able to travel for the moment”, says Jaajo Linnonmaa, Founder of VirtualTraveller and a well-known Finnish entrepreneur and media persona.

“VirtualTraveller is designed for free VR traveling experiences, and for all of us passionate about wandering the Earth. Our 360° videos alleviate wanderlust and help to break away from the day-to-day life. We bring the world to everyone.”

The virtual tours are made by ordinary travellers who wish to share their journey with those who can’t travel. The VirtualTraveller platform is free and works with any device without installing apps. Videos can be watched with or without VR glasses.
