Longevity Treatments at Moar Gut Family Nature Resort, Austria

Unlike traditional wellness, longevity focuses on personalised programmes designed to nurture both immediate and long-term health. Moar Guthas embraced this approach with the introduction of new IV treatments. Supported by professional medical supervision, these allow guests to discover how small, targeted routines can create meaningful improvements and how a single stay can positively influence long-term vitality.

Renowned Swiss Spa Experiences at The Grand, Brighton

One of Brighton’s most iconic landmarks, The Grand Hotel introduced the world-class L.RAPHAEL Beauty Spa & Wellness following a meticulous £16.2 million refurbishment. Opened in September 2025, the spa marks the first UK hotel collaboration with the prestigious Swiss skincare brand L.RAPHAEL, offering transformative treatments such as restorative massages and rebalancing facials. The expansive spa features a luxurious thermal suite complete with a hydrotherapy pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, and experience shower, creating a serene sanctuary that feels worlds away from the vibrant city beyond.

The Sanctuary at Wilderness Bisate, Rwanda

Wilderness Rwanda unveiled The Sanctuary at Wilderness Bisate in December 2025, a dedicated wellness haven open to guests of both Bisate and Bisate Reserve, set amid the dramatic natural beauty of Rwanda’s volcanic highlands. Purposefully designed as a grounding retreat, the space encourages deep rest and renewal through every considered detail, from curated soundscapes and signature scents, to natural materials and a soft, understated design language. Wilderness unveiled The Sanctuary at Wilderness Mombo in October 2025, a refined wellness destination set within the heart of Botswana’s Okavango Delta. Guests are invited on a restorative journey supported by world-class facilities that balance movement and rest, including a lap pool, a traditional sauna with ice bath, private treatment rooms, a dedicated couple’s suite, meditation cocoons, an air-conditioned gym with panoramic views, and an open-air yoga deck.

Chocolate Spa Treatments at Jade Mountain, Saint Lucia

Perched above Saint Lucia’s iconic west coast, Jade Mountain offers a distinctive approach to luxury wellness. The resort comprises 24 open-air Infinity Pool Sanctuaries and five Sky Jacuzzi Suites, each individually designed to capture uninterrupted views of the Pitons. Drawing on the island’s rich cacao heritage, Jade Mountain’s Chocolate Spa Treatments elevate indulgence into a sensory wellness experience, harnessing the antioxidant and nourishing properties of cacao to revitalise the body and mind. Signature rituals include the Chocolate Citrus Body Polish, which includes a chocolate and citrus sugar exfoliation, a decadent chocolate body wrap and chocolate body milk, leaving the skin hydrated, radiant, and restored.

Rejuvenated Wellness Offerings at Hotel Crillon le Brave, Provence

Reopening in April, Hotel Crillon le Brave will introduce an expanded collection of experiences and wellness offerings that invite guests to rediscover Provence from a renewed perspective.
