Coleraine man Ian and his fiancée Dervla savoured the full flavours of County Down, from hearty dishes at Daft Eddy’s and the griddle baked delights at Tracey’s Farmhouse Kitchen as part of their trip, topped off with an overnight stay at the scenic Ballydorn Stay.
Ian said that he was eager to embrace the local baking scene, “There’s no doubt Northern Ireland is home to some incredible recipes and locations which have inspired my bakes. I’m sure we all have a few that have been passed down through our families, and I can’t wait to discover some more.” He added, “Combining our great food with the stunning beauty of this part of the world is a real recipe for success.”
