Revealed: Istanbul Named the Most Affordable All-Inclusive Destination in 2023

All-inclusive packages are one of the most popular types of holidays Brits enjoy to go on, with food, drink and additional extras at your fingertips whilst relaxing abroad. Whilst this form of package holiday can ease money stresses when on holiday, it can be a challenge to find the best deal that doesn’t break the bank.

Savoo has analysed the cost of an all-inclusive holiday per person across 41 popular destinations to determine the top locations for your budget this summer. Analysing the average review scores of hotels and the average cost per person for a week away in August, the study shows the top spots to get the best value for money. Savoo has repeated this for family-friendly destinations as well as adult-only, so there is something for everyone.

Marrakesh, Morocco ranks as 2023’s best-value all-inclusive destination 

Marrakech in Morocco takes the crown with a low average cost for an all-inclusive holiday being £1,028 per person, which is fifth lowest in the ranking and less than half the price of 16 other destinations we analysed. The Moroccan capital also has a high review score of 86 meaning holiday goers can sit back and relax knowing they will have a great time in this location.

Taking second and third spots this year are destinations both found in Eastern Mediterranean Turkey. Both Kusadasi and Alanya score highly for their average cost for a week all-inclusive £977 and £863 respectively).

For those concerned only about price, the analysis also reveals which rank as the cheapest overall, with the three cheapest spots based in Turkey. Istanbul ranks first with an average cost of £842 per person, Alanya second with an average of £863 per person and Kusadasi third with an average of £977 per person.

Savoo also chose to look into all-inclusive destinations specifically good for families. For this, they looked at the number of all-inclusive that were family-friendly for 2 adults and 2 children. Kusadasi in Turkey takes the number one spot for best-value all-inclusive destinations for families, with the average cost per person being £819 and a review score of 85.

For some, a kid-free zone is the idea of the ultimate relaxing holiday. That’s why Savoo also looked into the best destinations for adult-only all-inclusives for summer 2023. Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt ranks top for best-value destination for an adults-only getaway in 2023 with the average all-inclusive here costing £1,567.
