NI Travel News revealed the top 10 breaks to get in the festive mood after ranking 33 cities in the UK on their Christmas events, how many days Christmas lights stay up, hotels, restaurants, shopping centres and lastly if they have an ice rink.
London came out on top with the highest score of 50, with 8,000 attractions in total including an ice-rink. London host a Hogwarts in the Snow Tour- The making of Harry Potter, at Warner Bros. Studio event which is available to visit until 16th January 2022.
Edinburgh was second place with a score of 42. They have 2 ice rinks available and a very popular Christmas market.
Norwich placing 3rd,Cambridge 4th,York 5th, Manchester 6th, Oxford 7th, Newcastle 8th, Glasgow 9th and Brighton coming in at 10th.
