Every Sunday, Selman Marrakech lays on their famous brunch at Le Pavillion in the heart of the lush palace hotel gardens. One of the most renowned culinary events in the ochre city, Selman’s brunch attracts both hotel guests and outside visitors.
Guests are welcomed by a lady wearing a ‘champagne dress’ (pictured), and served a glass of chilled fizz.
A panoply of Moroccan and international cuisine is laid on, from salads to sushi and grilled lobster. Live cooking demonstrations include traditional tagines, and the event finishes with countless desserts that will conquer even the most avid gourmand.
As guests relax under the warm Moroccan sun, a parade of Arabian stallions and other talented horses perform dressage, liberty and tricks, making the experience all the more magical in this majestic setting.
