More Flights to Bulgaria for Summer 2018

Balkan Holidays says it is holding prices on thousands of summer holidays for summer 2018 despite the weaker sterling, and offering additional flights from Belfast to Bulgaria's Black Sea coast.

The specialist UK operator has announced the good news about prices in the new Summer 2018 first edition brochure featuring Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia and Montenegro which goes on sale this week.

Said Chris Rand, Sales and Marketing Manager Balkan Holidays: “Despite the weakness of the pound we have held prices on thousands of holidays for summer 2018, coupled with this is the recent news that Sunny Beach offers the best in resort value for money according to the Post Office Travel Money Holiday Cost Barometer. Sunny Beach was 56 per cent cheaper than the second placed resort, and it reinforces the message that Balkan Holidays offers the best overall value when it comes to summer sun holidays.”

Next year’s programme has early booking discounts, free child places, loyalty discounts and special offers, plus the same lead-in price of £259 for a seven-night holiday in Sunny Beach for the second year in a row.

Operating holidays to the Balkan Peninsula for over 50 years, Balkan Holidays features charter flights from 17 UK regional airports, including Belfast, plus the largest and best value for money choice of holidays to Bulgaria, Croatia, Slovenia, and Montenegro.

Other new features include:

  • Additional weekly flights from Cardiff and Belfast every Thursday during the high season
  • A low deposit of £49 per person
  • Early booking discounts saving up to £533 per couple
  • Special offers are available throughout the season saving customers up to £252 per couple, says Balkan.

New accommodation choices in Bulgaria, Sunny Beach – four star MPM Tarsis and MPM Arsena, three star, Hotel Gardenia Hills; and in Montenegro, the four-star Hotel Palas. There's a five per cent loyalty bonus for previous bookers.

There's a 20kg standard luggage allowance per person on all package holidays on charter flights and 30kg free luggage allowance per person on all package holidays on charter flights staying at a Premier Selection hotel.
